Im not to sure could it of happened again?

Basically I'm 7 weeks pregnant and I'm not sure if its implantation bleeding or miscarriage because on thursday I wiped my self and there was VERY! Light blood then the following day friday I had loads! Of blood but it wasn't like a menstrual cycle it was bright red then saturday it was bright red with tiny clots but I had NO cramps or pains what so ever? And today I've still been bleeding but the bloods a reddy brown and looks abit watery? If anyone could help me I'd be so appreciated!!x

I know its quite scary and you'll be keep going to the loo to check all the time but seek advice from your Early Preg unit and they'll probably arrange a scan. Lots of us bleed in early pregnancy and some go on to miscarry and some don't - its just not possible to predict what will happen. Get checked out x

On phone, so apolos if I sound a bit brusque but call epu. Tell them everything (esp the watery blood bit) and insist on a scan today. They need to rule put an ep.
