Miscarriage and Ovulation question

Thank you to everyone on the Miscarriage section who was so kind to me on here this last weekend when I was going through a miscarriage.

I'm still bleeding after five days but now the pregnancy tests (the clearblue sensitive ones) say I'm not pregnant, so I'm assuming most of the hcg is out of my system.

Anyway, I tried an ovulation stick at the same time as the pregnancy test as I have no idea about my cycle whatsoever and was hoping post-miscarriage to work out what my cycle might be (long story, didn't have periods for five years and docs still have no clue why).

Anyway, the OPK came up positive. Now, is this because:
I) I really could be ovulating.
2) The pregnancy hormones, too weak to be picked up by a pregnancy test, is being picked up by my cheap OPK?

Anyone? Thank you in advance for anyone who can shed any light on this.
