ttc and testing???

ive just had my second miscarriage this week this one at 15 weeks, my first at 5 weeks a year ago.......i already have a 2 year old ds.....

the doctor said we should wait until aftermy first period to ttc (i had a d and c on monday) no idea when this will be though as i have PCOS

how many MC do you have before they do testing and does anybodu know what testing is available and is it for before a potential next pregnancy or when you are pregnant again. my midwife said yesterday to speak to gynae it is too soon for me at the moment to do that i feel and i would like to know what i would be letting myself in for, the thought of invasive testing at the moment fills me with dread!

I think generally it is three miscarriages before they start doing tests. I also have PCOS, and was also very irregular too, sometimes going months between periods. I was also told to wait until after my next period before ttc again after both my erpc's, as i also miscarried, both between 8 and 9 weeks.
