Missed Miscarriage Nov 22

Hello, this is my first time posting here. I'm hoping for some optimism in this terrible time. I am so sorry for all of your losses.

16 days ago I had an erpc for a missed miscarriage. I should have been in my 11th week of pregnancy. At around week 10, I had some very light brown spotting and no cramps for about a week. Everything I read on the internet said not to worry unless there is bright red blood and severe cramps! So naturally, I didn't worry. After a week of the brown spotting I suddenly didn't feel pregnant anymore...chalked it up to the end of my morning sickness at first, but then decided to go for a scan just for peace of mind.

I was meant to be 11w+2d and the baby only measured 8w+2d with no movement and no heartbeat :o( We had a scan at 6.5 weeks and saw a strong heartbeat so this was very devastating.

I have finally stopped bleeding/spotting on day 14po and feel like I ovulated on the next day. What I am wondering is if anyone has gotten pregnant again this soon after the erpc? We were going to wait to for one cycle but my ob said there is no reason medically to wait.

Fingers crossed! I'd love to hear others' experiences.

I'm really sorry for your loss.

I was where you are at the end of January this year and it was one of the worst times of my life. I was pregnant again two cycles later and am about to give birth in the next couple of weeks. There are lots of people on here with similar stories and I'm sure they'll be along to tell them. Plenty of them got pregnant again straight away.
