Periods after mc's advise needed

Hi Everyone

Just need some advise really. I'm 23 nearly 24 and suffered my 5th mc in September.

Since my 3rd mc (mmc and erpc) at 11 weeks i've been having terrible af's a lot heavier than I can ever remember, extremley painful paracetamol doesn't touch it, lots of stringy black clots sorry if tmi!

I'm currently experiencing af (2 after mc) after being a week late first af after mc was right on time (28 days) confused firstly! Had watery dark discharge for 3 days before starting bleeding today with really quite unbearable cramps at times with extreme heavy bleeding and lots of stringy clots.

Every time I have a mc my af are horrendous afterwards and after each one they get worse and worse. I feel like something is really wrong :( It's also starting taking us longer to conceive as times gone on too get caught too.

Advise would be gratefully received

I am so sorry for your losses, I am no expert but would definately advise going to see your GP about the pain as may be able to give your something stronger and also to answer any of your other questions, maybe even ask for a referral to someone more specialised especially after 5 mc :( i know it's really difficult because you don't want your worse fears to be told to you but maybe they can give you a little help in the right direction and you never know the next one could be the one.
