I wanted to use this forum to thank Vanessa for bravely airing on Radio 4 today her experience of miscarriage(s) and the inappropriate way it was handled by the NHS. Her experience on that programme was the same as mine, although both were 18 & 19 weeks. I was refused any tests on the grounds I had to lose three before it would be of any use. I was not able to face that so my Son remained an only child. I support your campaign to have women treated more appropriately, in the NHS. Miscarriage may be common - but it should not be treated as routine as was so eloquently put in the programme. I recommend you listen to this via iPlayer if you missed it. www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b015n3bc..
