Please help. Im 9 weeks and pregnant with my first child. Im feeling very anxiuos as all my signs and symptons have gone. I havn't really experienced sickness just very bad headaches, sore boobs and discharge but all these sensations seem to have gone away. I feel perfectly normal and very anxious. has any one else experienced this- do you think i have m/c- what do a say to the dr. Ive had no bleeding.

Please try to relax - you are probably fine, pregnancy does odd things to your body and no two people feel the same. Go and have a chat with your gp to put your mind at rest.

Try not to worry too much harley1. It may be that your hormones have settled down slightly after the initial burst at the beginning of pregnancy. Many women don't get any symptoms early on. It's normal for many women to feel anxious during pregnancy but don't let it get on top of you. You've had no bleeding & no heavy cramping pains so try to think positively.

If it's really worrying you, go and see your doctor. You should be booked in for a scan in about 3 weeks or is that too long to wait? Good luck & take care.

How about doing another pg test and seeing your gp - if only to put your mind at rest?

I would try another pregnancy test & also see your Gp, When i MC at 5.5 weeks i had started bleeding but i did another pregnancy test & it came out negative so i new it was the end. They don't always come out negative though as the hormone can still be in your body but it's worth a try & then book appt with DR. Goodluck i hope everything is ok for you.

i felt exact;ly the same as that at the same time and everything was 100% fine. i now have a gorgeous, healthy 2 year old son! {i worried like you too!} go and see a midwife at you local unit who should put your mind at rest and good luck with everything.

Thankyou so much for your support. Ive been to the Drs and he said to stop worrying- But i'm sure this will continue until my first scan- just waiting for the date to be sent to me. Not sure about doing a pregnancy test as im worried it will be positive, then get my hopes up and be an unlucky ending. ohhhh are all these negative thoughts natural. I want this so much

Taking a test probab;y wouldn't help as even if you had miscarried {which I din't think you have BTW!] there would still be HCG in your system for a while. You are so worried because you want this so badly and it is totally natural to feel this way - you probably will worry until you get a scan and see that all is well and then later on hearing the heartbeat at every appointment is great reassurance - glad to know know I'm not the only neurotic out there! Good luck and best wishes and I hope you can begin to enjoy your pregnancy soon!
