Reflexology/miscarriage

I have just had my 4th Miscarriage and wanted to know if anyone had ever had reflexology as I have heard it can be good for getting body back in line.

Very sorry to hear about your losses. I had two mcs and then a healthy baby. Just had another mc so am trying to get my cycle back. I would highly recommend acupuncture. I had it a lot before my baby to regulate my cycle and it definitely worked. Reflexology is like a milder version of acupuncture (though no needles, obviously). I've tried it and I think it works, although I would always favour acupuncture as the results are very obvious.
