Nearly a year......What can I get my SIL?

Its been almost a year since my SIL gave birth to her tiny sleeping son.I would like to get her something to let her know I am thinking on her on this very difficult day but I am at a loss of what to get.
Would anyone have an idea of what I could get for her?

A rose to plant in the garden perhaps? I think you sound like a lovely SIL

my favourite gift was a lovely planter that had some snowdrops in...it flowered yearly... something like that?
