breasts leaking after a mmc??

hi, on monday i went for my 12wk scan to find baby had died at 6wks. we were/are absolutely devastated :( i had an erpc tuesday. today i was busy doing the housework when i kept feeling a little wet patch on the inside of my pj top. my right nipple had leaked!! im trying so hard to come to terms with not having a baby inside me any more, and this has only made it worse! has anyone had this? i didnt even think milk/colustrum was in there that early on??

Hi there, firstly sorry about your loss, this also happened to me, i had a mmc at 8 weeks, discovered at my !£ week scan, this was my first pg i was devasted, i finally miscarried at week later 22nd sept, so been well over 6 months for me now. i also had a small amount of milk leaking, mine only last for a day or two, try not to worry, your hormones ill be all over the place.

take some time out and look after yourself, eat and sleep plenty and try and get some fresh air, it really helped me.

thankyou pecka33, my heart literally stopped when i saw it, ive had more this morning. yes this was my first pg too. apparently early miscarriages are quite common in first pregnancies.
