Bleeding at 5Weeks5Days Pregnant again. Any Advice??

Hey, i have read some amazing advice on here, hoping for a little myself.
I miscarried 7/8 weeks ago. I am now pregnant again and i am 5 weeks and 5 days. I now have same symptoms as i did before. last time i bled for 14 days. The first trans scan showed sac a little low in uterus but everything looked ok. The scan 10 days later showed it was gone. This time i have the same thing bleeding with small clots, Scan on Monday showed baby in perfect place everything good. no explaination for bleeding. I am really scared to go back next friday for 2nd trans scan incase they say its gone again. Any advice does it sound likely i am miscarrying again? If so any ideas why??

I had a mmc in Jan and a mc last week, so can imagine what you're going through.

The scan is a week today as they had to have 10 days to see progress. I'm sadly still bleeding with mild cramps and small blood clots. Not yet expelled the sac so fingers still crossed but not looking good. Petrified about going back to scan next friday.
