Bleeding again at 14 weeks - please reassure me

I posted here when I was 10 weeks pg as I had a red bleed, followed by some brown blood. Of course, MNers were very supportive and fortunately a scan, and subsequent dating scan, showed a healthy baby.

But I'm now 14 weeks and have just been to the loo and wiped some red blood. Bright red. Not loads but enough to panic me.

Why red blood at 14 weeks? Shit shit shit.

I'm scared again now. Does anyone have any advice?

I had a massive bright red bleed at 14 weeks with DS - literally gushing. Went to A&E and scanned and cervix checked - all ok. Continued bleeding for a couple of days, but all was fine. DS now 2.

Have also had 3MMCs so DO know how worrying it all is.

FX for you - the statistics suggest that your probabilities are very good (after healthy scans with HB etc), but as we all know until you have babe in arms you'll never stop worrying.

NIJ - that must have been very frightening for you. You are right about the worry - I'd forgotten what a ridiculously worrying time pregnancy is (have DS aged 2.6)!!
