bleeding after mc, 22/9/10

hi im wondering if anyone as had a simular experience or could offer me any advice.
I have recently suffered my first mmc, at 13 weeks, baby 8 weeks.
I miscarried on the 22nd sept and finally got my first af 5 weeks later on the 27th of october, which last four days.
Then yesterday i started to bleed again, not a full af but slight bleeding.... Is this normal??
Worried as have my mmr injection tomorrow, i cant be pg can i??? Worried.....

It can take a while for your cycles to get back to normal again. When I had my first period after mc it lasted longer than usual but with a "break" of about a day after the heavy bit, then just brown spotting for a few days. What you are having sounds quite similar, you though af had gone but it wasn't quite over yet. As you have just had a period you are almost definitely not pg.
I'm having my third period now and although it is settling into a regular normal pattern, it is not quite back to how it was before.

I think your periods do get a bit messed up - I had my first period five weeks after my mmc, it was a very normal one. Then I had another one a few weeks later and it was really, really heavy - like nothing I'd had before. So it might take a little time for things to settle down.
