How soon after ERPC did you get your period?

Hi all, just after a bit of advice. I had an ERPC 9 June (should have been having my 12 week scan but baby had stopped developing at 5 weeks) and haven't had a period since. We've been TTC again since 7 July even though I haven't had a period. I don't have any pregnancy symptoms ? no sore boobs or anything ? so I don't think I've been lucky yet. Just seems odd there's been no period! How long have you lovely ladies had to wait?

Hello Hubba, sorry to hear about your little one. I lost a baby in December, found out at 12 week scan baby had stopped gorwing around 7 weeks. I had an ERPC then period arrived about 5 weeks later. I lost a second baby last week and had an ERPC again yesterday so will also be in limbo for some weeks to come.

Do you chart temperatures, or do anything similar to check if you have OV'd? To be honest, my first period after the ERPC was really light so this time I'll probaby wait a few cycles before trying again. Good luck to you!

Hi hubba. So sorry to hear of your loss. I had my ERPC on the 1st June, and my first period arrived approximately 3 days ago. I didn't have any ov signs since the erpc either.

Sorry you've been through this. I had my eprc around 4 weeks ago, bleed for a couple of weeks and then had my period (well I think it is) starting this week, although it seems to have petered off already so maybe it isn't a real one!

I also had an ERPC about 4 weeks ago but I haven't had a period yet. I saw my consultant last week about ttc and he said that the first period post ERPC is often very atypical cos your body's getting back to normal. I've been told I need to have 1 period before we start ttc again.

Knackered - how are you? I hope you're doing ok, I'm feeling much better and am no longer so weepy.
