Best primary schools in Orpington that are more multicultural

Hello I’ve recently moved to Orpington
my children are mixed race. trying to find a good school that is multicultural with good ofsted also any one with mixed race children live in Orpington how do you find it ? Being a mixed family my children are half Jamaican/spanish

There's a "Black Mumsnetters" thread - maybe post on there? I don't think many people are going to find this post as we have no middle schools in the area!

I will say that you are probably looking in the wrong area for this type of school. Lewisham/Crystal Palace/Herne Hill/West Norwood/Peckham would have been better.

There is one French theme school in Bromley Borough (La Fontaine) but I'm not aware of any Spanish ones. The Spanish speaking population mostly lives around Southwark/Lambeth Boroughs in my experience.

And you can look up school characteristics on the .gov site possibly including % ethnicity (can't find the right site at the moment - will add).

https://www.compare-school-performance.service.gov.uk/ if you look at the Absence and school population tab it will tell you % first language not English which will give a rough idea of diversity.

I don’t think Orpington has middle schools so you might get more luck from local mums on the primary or secondary boards. Orpington is not as diverse as other bits of the Bromley borough and from when we drive through that area ( sorry don’t live in Bromley) it is covered with flag loons so I would be cautious.
