I’m trying to decide whether or not to get a few renovations done on my current property but it all seems to depends on whether or not we move house. We’re happy here. DS is now 2 years and 2 months old. I want him to start primary school here as I’m in a great spot where my son’s potential primary school is going to be 5 mins away. The only issue is that 2 of our bedrooms are small ish. One is a box room and the other is a rectangular one which is okay for a child but I’m not sure if it’s okay for a child who’s in primary or middle school. How much space do kids need inside the house as they go through primary school? Our living room doubles up as a playroom for him and as he grows, I suppose he will be outdoors a lot more. I don’t want to uproot him from primary school once he starts either. So what would you say is the best time to move once they’ve started school?
