Recommendations needed to private middle school Brooklyn

Hi
I'm relocating to NYC next year with my husband and 12 year old daughter. We are looking at easy access to Grand Central.

Today we are off to Park Slope / Brooklyn to look around.

Apart from the BRitish International School are there any great private schools you can recommend we see? Ideally we will pick the school then look at a rental.
