Homefield, Denmead, Rokeby

I live in Wimbledon and will try for Kings Wimbledon (and other top tier schools like Colet Court) for my DS. He is currently in Squirrels, which is academic and will push all the kids for the top tier Junior schools. But if he doesn't get any of the top tier ones, What do you recommend as a good backup. Homefield, Denmead, Rokeby or anything else.

The Mall in Twickenham isn't selective at intake but very academic - your DS would have a decent chance to get into KCS, St Paul's, Hampton etc at 13.

I think they do some assessment if you join after Reception but nothing like as formal as schools who use the 7+/8+ system.
