Utrogestan capsules - supply issues

I can't find these anywhere, one Boots said they might get some end of November. I need to try and talk to my GP again but does anyone know of an alternative, or what happens if you stop taking them? I have been on oestrogel, about to switch to patches which I can get

I went to my independent pharmacy today (east London) and they still don't have any Utrogestan. It's been FIVE months now.

I'm using Provera in the meantime but I'm high risk for breast cancer and Utrogestan is safest for me. I'm very aware that my cancer risk is even higher than usual until these shortages are sorted out. Unfortunately my peri symptoms are so severe that I can't work if I'm not taking HRT.
