Wigan Mums??? is there any here

Hiya I'm Julie,

I live in Leigh in wigan and i have a 3 yr old little boy called matthew, i moved to the area 8 weeks ago now and not really made many new friends since moving here, going a bit mad stuck in, i work 2 hours 2 days a week and thats really the only time we get out the house. So if there is any other wigan mums on here fancy meeting up , going to the park or something give us a shout

julez didnt realise u have moved to leigh..dh used to work in leigh so think its only about 20-30min drive from us stilll....prob only little longer than when u were in wavertree..lol

i know u said wigan but that seems further for some reason..

I have recently moved to Atherton right next to Leigh. I have ds 9 months old. I have been trying to organise a meet up in Warrington for a few mners so will let you know more when I have checked other thread. Have just got bsck from hols.

I'm in Wigan - but my children are a lot older than yours. I'm going to the Lakes meet up in August if you fancy a day out.

There are some MNers meeting at Walton Hall just south of Warrington on August 16th, for those who can't make the lakes meet up. Meeting at 11am next to play area, let me know if you need a lift or anything.
