Meet-ups

When meeting up take sensible precautions. Meet in a public place and let others know where you are going.

Anyone fancy a meet-up in Glasgow?

I have got to go to collect dd from school now - do you want me to email you later? (or probably tomorrow now)

I've just posted on the "Who are we" thread saying that we're not very good at Glaswegian meet-ups.

Don't think I'm going to be able to make the Scottish meet-up at the end of the month, as that's porbably when we will be away (not that I've booked anything yet ) so one of the mid August weekends would be good for me.

Ds is really looking forward to school. He enjoyed his induction days - as we expected he would, as he is a confident wee boy.

His last day at nursery was end of June (state nursery) - although I don't think he has quite cottoned on to the fact that he won't be going back, as he is still occasionally asking if it is a nursery day.

Dh is now looking after him in the afternoons - I wish I had the time/holiday . They're off swimming just now (at least, that was the plan).

Ds learnt to ride his bike without stabilisers at the weekend - I was very proud! Still very wobbly (thank goodness for very wide pavements!)- but dh took him all the way to the park yesterday!

I'm in Dumbarton, but off on holiday for a couple of weeks. Back August 2nd

Aimsmum - I'm living in Ayrshire right now, see my post "Why does this always happen to us? Bloody house buying/selling?" for an update on our living situation. Glasgow 40 mins away on the train, used to live in Partick so know it well. Am hoping to move to Motherwell eventually as DP works in Edinburgh so need somewhere commutable.

I have one DD whos 1 next week and am 14 weeks pregnant with no2.

Once you know when and where, I might go, depends on shifts.
