Just moved to Longridge - Preston area

I am a mum of a little boy 1yr old. I moved back to this area just before he was born but the last year has been hectic and I am just wondering now how to meet mums in the area and get involved for both him and me.

Anybody around in this area and know good ways of meeting people

Hi I live in Whittingham on the edge of Goosnargh. We have a playgroup on a Fri morning ath the village hall there- new people always welcome. We open from 9 to 11. also mon morning but often not so busy. Lots of stuff going on in Longridge too - toy library is popular - think that is Wed or try one of the singing sessions at the library.
I will look out for you!
