Hello,

I became a mummy for the first time a month ago me and baby Tommy would really like to meet up with other new mums and babies in the area...is anyone local and interested?

Didn't want to leave your post unanswered.

I'm not a new mum and I'm in Ilford rather than Walthamstow/Leytonstone, but if you go here you can find the Redbridge NCT group that do Friday pub meet ups with new mums and lots of other social stuff, not too far away from you (Wanstead/South Woodford area mainly).

Waltham Forest also have an NCT group which is more local to you, there's a contact phone no. on that link.

Also you could try Netmums, as they have a 'meet a mum' type thing on that where you can post looking for new mum friends.
