My 8 year old needs summer holiday company.

I live in Salisbury and my 8 yr old has only a half sister of 18 and a half brother of 21 so he is like an only child. This summer looms ahead. He has 8 weeks holiday as its a private school..
Does anyone at all locally in Wilts/Hants fancy going to meet at the beach... Bournemouth/Mudeford, Christchurch, area ???
Or in or around Salisbury or area ??
He is fairly new at his school so not that pally with the other children yet.

We aren't anywhere near but how about a summer camp for a week? The day ones rather than residential. My DS is going on week-long cricket course and that should fill up his time and get him making friends over the summer. He's also fairly new at his school.
