Youngish mums meet up group

Hi,

My name is Abbie, and i am a 22 year old mum from North London. I have recently set up a meet up group for youngish mums (late teens to early 20's) and would love more members.

This group is all about getting out of the house, whether to the park, cinema, zoo or softplay. we try and do a different activity each time with the kids. It doesn't matter whether you have a baby, toddler or live in a different area. feel free to get in touch and I will tell you where the next meet will be held.

Hi Abbie, I don't live near North London but love getting out of the house with the LOs so travelling bit doesn't bother me. Where did you have in mind for the first meet-up? How many LOs do you have? Ages?

At the moment there are three of us which makes for a VERY small group!! so we really need more members lol!

I have a 2 month old boy, one mum is 22 with a 5 month old girl and the other mum is 27 with 2 girls 6 and 3.

spoke to one community centre last week who said if i can demonstrate a need, they may help me run it and get funding... i know there is a need so now need your help to prove it!

i live in islington & plan to meet in june for picnic n play in clissold park. dates not finalised yet but if your interested i will keep u updated

I'm a young mum in Watford. I'm 22 and my little boy is 10 and a half months. Where are you other mummies living? would be great to meet up with some of you!

im 22 live in haringey have a 3 year old DD, work and studying and DP working from home.always up for meet ups, we do alot of city farms, zoos, parks museums and swimming! Know a lot of free/cheap and fun things and places if ur interested., would love to join ur group!

Absolutely - I live in Perivale and have a 6month old - I'd LOVE to join. I can easily make it to Central London or whereabouts - I love a walk, coffee or just plain old window shopping and hanging out!

They really do, he is only three weeks and already he is changing soo much! I love being a mummy and he is such a relaxed baby but getting up at 4am is still a killer! Your DS must be walking/talking soon, they are so cute at that age.

Yeah he is running everywhere and says about 50 words at the last count. Most of them only I know what he means though, lol.

Hi, thats ok, ooo good luck I hope everything goes really well for you! I bet you are v.excited! Lol yep I think it might be a while before we can meet but just let me know when you feel ready. I live in Hampton so about a 10/15 min drive from Kingston. Are you on netmums? It is far easier to keep in contact on this site as you can I.M. on it and it lets you know via your email - kinda like facebook. It saves having to check on here all the time x
