I'll get dd to give you some lessons I'm glad I'm not the only incompetent. I once ordered the soup thinking it woul dbe foolproof but then it came with the massive wooden ladel and chopsticks, so I was faced with the indignity of having to kind of just scoop it into my mouth, massive vegetables and all. Such glamour On the bright side, did you know you can get Wagamama takeout?? So you can eat in shame peace with noone judging yor chopstick prowess

nevergoogledragonbutter · 03/06/2009 22:59

i'll be embarrassed to be in the company of fork users. oh the shame.

littlelamb · 03/06/2009 23:00

I know, pride comes before a fall. You can all watch me drop food everywhere after a bottle glass of wine.

PhoenixFirefly · 03/06/2009 23:12

i was going to say something about forking, but maybe not lol

pavlovthecat · 03/06/2009 23:16

Does anyone on here want to own up to being on the high street this morning with a beautiful pink woven wrap sling?? I saw a woman with a baby on her back and actually turned to have a second look
I carry ds in our Ergo but do miss wrapping, and this looked soo secure. Kicking myself for not just going and asking her about it

littlelamb · 05/06/2009 22:33

Noone?
Well it was beautiful whoever it was
So who wants to organise the meetup? Doesn't have to be that day if it's no good for everyone

Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
Was it really you??
Yes, it was pink stripes. The power of mumsnet eh??
I must look into woven wraps. Not sure ds would approve of a pink one though
Are you able to do back carries by yourself? I find hte ergo really easy to get onto my back, but was always too scared to try with a wrap (the one I had was stretcy so wouldn't have worked anyway)
Yes, we were walking towards tesco past the giant lemon squeezer, you were walking the other way [stalker emoticon]
