The next thing is to decide if it's weekday or weekend - I'm thinking weekend would probably suit more people?

yes, I struggle for week days at the moment because ds is in nursery and dd2 has just started full time school.

So... I have to drop them both off at 9, pick him up at 12 then pick her up at 3.30

Living an hour away from anywhere I would want to go; doesn't leave much time for me to do anything!

aaargh!

But... if it suits everyone else to meet during the week, I'll either breeze in, then breeze out again; or I'll give this one a miss

The summer hols - kids break up on the 18th July.

Whit hols - kids break up on the 22nd May.
