I live in Maidstone, so not too far from you. I visit friends in Ashford fairly regularly.

It is not far by train to maidstone, i have a free pass as my dh works for them!!!

I am pretty near (20/25 mins) but we are having a Brighton meet-up on 26 April. Can any of you come to that? Please let me know, it's not that far away!! I will be happy to come to an Ashford area meetup if it is arranged for after the 26.

Embarrisingly saying I live in Stanhope Tallula.I might have passed you and not even know!! Tunbridge wells is where I used to live, I was born there!! I am sorry but haven't a clue on how to get to brighton!! We'll all have to get together. How many kids has everyone got, I have 2.

I used to know someone who lived in Hawkhurst, it is a lovely village.

I am in Horam - 12 miles South of tunbridge Wells - right near Heathfield. Could get to Brighton.

Soxwasher if you want to come to a meet-up that is already organised in Brighton it is on Saturday 26 April, for lunch in the Grand Hotel, table booked for 1pm. If you want to join us you are more than welcome, let me know so I can amend the booking.

Could we not have a meet up some time for those of us in Ashford/Maidstone & surrounds? Can't make Brighton, bit too far & got something on over Easter.

Only thing is, it takes away your anonymity- those who've done it, does it make you more reluctant to post once people know who you are?
