New Sling Meet Group in Warwickshire

If anyone is interested, I am currently trying to set up a sling meet group in Warwickshire.

We are having a trial run on Friday, 27 February 2009 at 2.30pm at Cafe Nero in Leamington.

Please just turn up - and buggies are welcome too.

I'm in Warwick!! unfortunately though my DS is a bit old to go in the sling these days! (He's 17 months now!) We're off on holiday though this week so I'll be digging it out again to use around the airport while I wait for my buggy to come off the plane!

Hope it goes well, let me know if you have any other mums with older babies and I'll happily come along too!

Hi Neney, what kind of sling have you got? I believe some of them can be used for back carries with toddlers up to 3 or 4.

Hopefully once it gets up and running we will be hiring out a room or something rather than meeting in a cafe but I just needed somewhere to start it up!

You would of course be welcome to come along anyway - you might be able to share your experiences with mums of younger DCs, or try out a sling for toddlers if you wanted to. I will put a little summary of how the first meeting goes up here anyway.
