Still hoping to make Thursday, YG - what time were you planning to leave? I msn'd essbee the other evening (Thurs I think) and she said there's a train leaving Blackpool at around 4 (but come to think of it I could even drive her to Preston, it's pretty much on my way back from Blackpool).

I would love to come, but unfortuntaley I don't get back from my mums until Tuesday evening, then DP and I are off to Devon on Thursday so need to spend wedneday catching up with housework.

I just wanted to say hope you all have a fantastic time.

I've just got back from weekend at my parents'. I am working (last day) on Wednesday, but had been toying with the possibility of coming over on Thursday.
But I've got back to a letter inviting me for an interview on Thursday morning

So keep your fingers crossed for me please!

Sorry you can't after all but best of luck for the interview, what time? We can cross our fingers then.

YG and essbee, will it be OK for you if we don't turn up until about 12 on Thursday? DD2 would like to come but she has a driving lesson from 10-11; if I pick her up immediately afterwards we should get there between 11.30 and 12. (Means there will be 4 of us but could still squeeze essbee family in for jaunt to Preston if required!)

was under the impression that blackpool was about an hour away from sheffiled but ummm, it's not!

Honestly, I would recommend a meet up with Yorkie and Essbee any time, crikey it sounds like a mutual appreciation society, it was really nice to have some girlie company - luckily DH isn't easily embarassed, I think he was quite taken with Yorkie's magnificent BOSOM though LOL !

Well, I'm off to inform tonights guests of our drought behind the bar - no rest for the wicked! I will try to get on here more often and make sure you two are behaving yourselves!
