You can still add your name!

Venue is here

22nd November

£20 per head

Paypal is [email protected] - when it gives you the payment types, please select "other" and then "gift" to avoid me paying your fees. If I am charged fees I will be asking for them back!

Email: [email protected] if you want to pay by cheque, bank transfer, cash or nochex and I will give you the details (Nochex will incur a fee)

That payment covers canapes and some drinks (more details about that in my next post)

List of all coming so far - if you aren't on it and you think you have paid, then yell and I will check my records!!!

Whoops - are you about at all this week to meet up and sort music???

oooh.....we doing badges

Mhamai · 12/11/2008 16:04

I'm hopefully still coming but finances have been a nightmare, someone had kindly linked to some hotels that are near the venue but I can't find the thread. Pretty please can anyone link to some places for me?

Flame, will have money lodged by Friday. Promise.

Flamesparrow · 12/11/2008 16:08

as long as the money arrives before the night I am happy.

I am still really wanting that pic. I may print it and see what my drawing skills are like (or look longingly at DH - he can generally copy stuff well).

my badge is easy

or this

SheikYerbouti · 12/11/2008 16:53

I have just made my badge using may creativity, a pair of wiggly-edge scissors and an old jaffa cake box as my only 3 weapons

Bread basket with olive oil & balsamic vinegar £2.50

or canapes

The Hat and Tun canapé menu

Mini baked potato with smoked salmon and crème fraiche

Smoked haddock tartlet

Mini Yorkshire puddings with rare roast beef and horseradish

I like the sound of the platters myself (There is a min spend, so will work out how many of us there are, min spend and can work out the money thing from there!)

OP posts:
SaintGeorge · 12/11/2008 17:52

I'd go for the platters and splurge all the cash collected to be honest.

Stuff having a bar tab, we had to buy drinks last year so why not this?

That way you can be pretty sure the overall minimum spend is not going to be a problem.

SheikYerbouti · 12/11/2008 17:58

I agree with StG

Piffle · 12/11/2008 18:00

Do you know how much I love the idea of all money on food???

Will make sure there is a decent sized veg selection (yes psycho and everything that tastes good free selection)

All this pissing about with ipod... "Are you happy with our music or do you require hire of decks or bringing an ipod?" ??? There was no "our music" before!
