It is a cliche but it still amazes me how so many people are nothing like how you expect them to look!

Very nice to see familiar faces as well as meeting so many folks I hadn't met before.

Hope you all got home safe and there are not too many sore heads this morning.

Off to church in half an hour with the DSs, while DH cooks a big roast lunch...

My head is surprisingly unsore, and it was sooo nice to be able to fall onto a train and go pretty much straight home (rather than the usual 4-hour night bus marathons my nights out seem to involve).
Great to meet so many of you. No one at all looks like I expected them to, but what a cracking night we had.

I am now on the train home, somewhere between Slough and Swindon (nice) The couple behind me are rowing about everything from the fact they are poor, to the contents of their vacuum cleaner. That, coupled with frequent Norman Collier style announcements on the tannoy are not doing my my poor head any good.

This was pretty low key - we normally have live updates during the party and an alternative non-party thread going. Comepletely escaped me somehow . Hope it was fun !

Thanks from me too - I (just) escaped a hangover, by leaving rudely early. 2 Solpadeine at 6 am and a lie in until 11 did the trick!

Everyone I did meet/talk to was lovely and it was great to put faces to names.

And wow did Flame and Psycho look fantastic!
