I live in High Heaton in Newcastle and have a 10 week old and 3 and a half year old. I would like to meet mums in the area particularly with babies of a similar age. I am beginning to get claustrophobic when my elder son is at nusery and there are only so many times you can go shopping

sorry to join the conversation 4 months late only just found mumsnet i live in west end but would happily travel to meet up to prevent cabin fever .i have a 3 month old daughter so feel a little house bound would like to get out and meet new people

We're meeting at Pets Corner, Jesmond Dene on Tuesday 31st at 11 o'clock. If it rains we'll go inside Millfield Lodge (cafe). Bring a picnic too! How old are your dc?
