Sally strawberry - Yes, Jump is near the new M&S. If M&S is on your right, take the next turning right (opp. the leisure centre) - its on that road, bout 100m up on your right. Its fab. Took DD and DS there yesterday and stayed for about 5 hours, hadlunch there too. DD has got a party there sat so will see if its any good and book her birthday party there for sept.

Hello ,
Am new mum (daughter 7 weeks old tomorrow)
I too would like to meet new mums as am feeling a little bit lonely whilst bf in work all day.
At the moment, leaving the house is pretty stressful, but I am told that I must get out more so we get used to our 'outings' and so would like more reasons for doing so.
I live 20 minutes outside Cardiff, could someone please let me know if a meeting in Cardiff has been arranged please? Also am curious as to what CAT means?

Hiya Sallystrawberry
Do you have any idea if a meeting has been arranged at all?
I quite like getting a starbucks from Wellfield Road and walking round Roath Lake with my pushchair and dog and am looking for company so if anyone would like to join me that'd be cool. I'd just like to meet up with other mums and discuss motherhood etc as is all new to me and am finding it stressful at times! Would basically like to meet people in same boat so are there any mums who need a birov fresh air?

Hi pilipala
My little boy is also 7 weeks old, it does get stressful sometimes doesn't it!?! He's got the sniffles at the moment and is all sleepy and cuddly! Bless!
CAT means Contact A Talker and lets you e-mail someone on here without showin their address etc.

Hi KatyLou
Being one of life's worriers doesn't help my stress levels too much! I've just had a cold and have passed it on to my little one so she too now is coughing, sneezing and seems to be sleeping a lot today. We've visited nurseries today for when I go back to work, am gonna find it really hard leaving her anywhere I'm beginning to realise She's practically never out of my sight so that doesn't help, might try a little weaning soon, to break myself in or may have nervous breakdown come June. Thank you for your advice re: cat am slowly learning what's what on this website. Hope your little one gets better soon

Hi JoFeb
Shall CAT scraggyaggy to see if p'haps another meet will be arranged for near future. Am living near Treharris at the moment, I lived in Cardiff for 10 years, Penylan mostly but then had to sell the house, split profit with ex and bought house off Broadway - an area which wasn't really for me so we've moved to the country, s'ok apart from there's no park nearby, no starbucks and all trips out with baby involve getting baby, dog, pushchair etc into smallish car so birrova nightmare really, would love to move back to Penylan but can't afford the prices at the moment (I live in hope). I work in Ystrad Mynach which is near Caerphilly.
Thank you for congratulating me on my little bundle of joy. How many little ones do you have and how old are they?
