I am still in, although dh has come down with a chest/throat/ear infection and is on death's door (or so his moaning and groaning would suggest). However I am sure the antibiotics will have him on the mend by Friday.

I'm so sorry but i'm out. dh away on saturday working and i won't see him now until fri as one or other of us out every night. so i'm with him on friday. sorry

Oh bugger. Have just realised I have a school disco on Friday. We organised this before I knew about it. Why don't they check with me before they schedule these things????

I was going to suggest I catch up with you for drinks post dinner... except no one will be drinking so that won't work.

Would probably be 9:00ish by the time I could get to Brula. Maybe I could come for pudding?

I think we should abandon this one and rearrange for later in the year - probably once all are back to school.

So is this off then? TBH dh is showing no signs of getting better despite 3 days of antibiotics, so I would be a likely no show anyway. So I am happy to wait until Sept too.
