I would love to join one of these meet ups, but they never seem to be in the right area. Anyone in the vicinity??

Hi

Im moving to sevenoaks soon.

I have a 3 month old and a 2 year old.

We have lived in France for two years and we are coming back.

Would love to make some friends.

I live in a village just outside Sevenoaks and have 2dds - one aged 6 and the other 9 months.
Anyone free for a coffee - say the week after next? (September 11 - 15th)?

Hi

Hope you don't mind, I'm gatecrashing this thread - I live in Purley so not that near Tunbridge Wells (however, I used to go there at lot and thought it was lovely). I'd like to live there if we could! I have heard that Groombridge Place near T Wells is a really good place to take children - anyone been? Our DD is nearly 2.5 so might be a bit young for it just yet, but hopefully someone can let me know. Is it a wet weather place as well?

Many thanks

charliecat · 06/09/2006 12:29

Its veeerrrrrrryyyyy expensive, £30 for a family of 4, not wet weather place at all.
Lovely for a day out with a picnic on a nice day.
Lots of walking, so be prepared, wearing walking shoes and something you can squeeze through big tyres in..theres an adventure walk.

Thanks Charliecat

Think we'll leave it until next summer then when the weather is better and DD will be 3 so will appreciate it more.
