Hello,

Just wondering if anyone around this sort of area, new to area still, and got a 2 1/2 year old boy.

I live 15 miles away but work in Stratford - too expensive for me

Have no tips as I do all my child things in my town.

We have a meet up in Worcester - probably take you about 35 mins. You could always come to me & then we could drive from there. Have a look at meetups Worcester.

There is a great play barn called stomps although parking is shocking. Must be a NCT near you.

Butterfly farm is great & in the summer, the park at the Rec has a sand pit which is fun....

Stomps closed down now. Real shame as it was a lovely place. I used to get a manicure there while the kids played.

How long have you lived in Stratford Tina. I often go there sans children in the evening.

cmotdibbler · 15/04/2008 20:52

Hi Tina, don't live in Stratford, but do go there shopping fairly frequently.
Theres a nice softplay in Bidford (although the parking is a bit poor), which is a short drive from you.
We only moved to the area in September, so know the feeling

mistressmiggins · 16/04/2008 09:50

Bungos barn is in Bidford - about 15 mins drive from Stratford
Good coffee

nametaken - dont you live in same town as me?
we should arrange night out sans kids - barmybird lives round the corner from me too.

cmotdibbler · 16/04/2008 09:53

The foods good too - actual, real, unfried things which is a bit of a shock.

nappyaddict · 17/04/2008 13:12

mistressmiggins where are you?

mistressmiggins · 17/04/2008 19:41

Evesham

We moved to the area in July last year. My husband grew up here and we have moved back from Sussex for his work.
I take my little boy to a few clubs and have been to Bungos, Wacky Woods, Funky Monkeys etc.
Just wondered whether there was anyone in my general area.
