Daytime drinking

Ok so I've currently found myself having a lot of free time during the day. Stepped back from work a bit to have a bit of a life. Anyone know where to go? Or anyone know where to meet like minded people who don't mind a daytime tipple, a laugh and just some good company???

Hong Kong during covid 🤣. They closed restaurants from 6pm to stop covid so being enterprising, every single one started doing all afternoon free flow brunches at weekends. When they reopened them in the evening I was almost disappointed- day drinking for the win! Can sober up before bed and wake up ready for the next day.

Just hang out in your local Wetherspoons

Was a good one haha and I did try the local Wetherspoons but it seemed to be everyone over 60 and they also looked like they weren't enjoying it or just shouldn't be drinking full stop 🤣

Any local micropubs? Smaller size means they're friendlier IME. Ones by me are great for a daytime tipple and chat with anyone else who's in.
