MmeC, yes ok that's a good idea. I shall try to get him to sleep in so he's not too tired. And he can sleep in the car on the way home anyway.

Have you ever been to CM HUdds? What's it like?

Nice - but better for climbers. There is a ball pool and small area for real littlies. (under 3s)

That bloody little girl was there again and she attacked Dennis AGAIN he was only trying to go up the stair thingy and she grabbed him around his neck, pulled him down to the ground and scratched his face. He's now got a nasty cut and bruise. I was on my own and was too scared to say anything

You needed me, Itsa! I'm always putting nasty children in their place (unless they belong to friends, lol!)

Oh, that said, I try to size up the parents first, too.

The mum was a tiny little woman, but looked well 'ard. And she was there with several other women. God, I used to be so brave but I'm a wuss now.

Unless you could have said something(complete with stern glare) to the child out of mother's sight - in which case you could deny having made her cry!

As I went over to them, I said very loudly 'oh no, not you again', but the mother was the other side so I doubt she heard.

I got lots of bargains in town. DH is going to kill me when he sees. Oh well, DS and I had a nice time.

There was a Clarks in the shopping centre and I got DS's feet measured. They were smaller that I thought, but I think his trainers are smaller that they claim to be. Got him a nice new pair of shoes from Clarks and a pair of Iggle Piggle trainers from Priceless. They were £8 and people are selling them on Ebay for £18!

Got some nice books for DS from the book man in the market - Postman Pat and some others that Justabout will approve of

And the pound shop had Pom Bears. 6 bags for a quid, which isn't bad at all.We're all stocked up on them now!

I did get DH some pants though, so he can't complain.
