This might be a stupid question, but there's no harm asking

We're having loads of work done to the downstairs of our house soon, and it'll be pretty much unlivable for a bit with shortstuff, so we need to rent somewhere. Mark's been in touch with a few letting agencies, but we're struggling because we only want it for a couple of months, 3 at most (hopefully!) and we've got 2 dogs.

Any ideas anyone? Please! Mark wants to put a caravan in the front garden!!!!!

I'm just here for a quick gloat.... I'm having a girlie day out in York today! No kids...no DH... YAY!

And I'm only on here this early because of a clock-cock up. ie DH changed the kitchen clock without telling me, so I was haring round like a blue-arsed fly (made a stew in 8 mins flat.. how impressive?). I was just about to put my shoes on when he enlightened me. [stupid emoticon]
