Mums to be in Clapham Area?

Hi there

I am currrently "only" 17 weeks pregnant but as I don't know too many people in the Clapham area and we've just moved there, I was wondering whether there were any other mums-to-be who would be interested in get-togethers...

Glad I chose Chelsea & Westminster, then... a friend of mine suggested it

My pregnancy so far has been alright, although I was (am still sometimes) feeling nauseous pretty much the whole day. Funnily, especially in the evenings. Which makes me go to bed early - I guess this is a good thing anyway .

I am currently still working full-time in the city (in personnel). I reckon I will be going on maternity leave in about March and want to spend at least 7 months with our baby. Am very excited!!

There is a very active branch of the NCT in Clapham, get in touch and they can set you up with all kinds of networking opportunities, e.g. ante natal classes, bumps and babes etc.

whereabouts in clapham are you? have lived many years in the general area - now forced by house prices to brixton, but like it v. much here!

Thanks for the link - I'll probably go to one of their meetings in January! We have just moved, from Clapham Common North side to Lavender Hill. Quite a busy road but very central - I like it!
