Ipswich?

Hi all. I've spent a few years renting in Colchester and now looking to move to Ipswich to get on the property ladder. One property has caught my eye in Whitehouse(?) but I know nothing about the area and Ipswich in general :( I wondered if anyone had any advice, please? Should I avoid certain areas?? I'd appreciate all comments. Many thanks!

Not the best tbh. I would avoid that along with chantry and Gainsborough

Thank you! Where would you say are the preferable areas with easy enough access to Colchester, please? I still have to drive in to work about 3 days a week.
