Who is up for this? I am in NW10 and you are all welcome to come to mine but me and the Bean are happy to travel as we are very mobile. Really happy to travel to one of you with more than one child if it makes it easier!

Can we aim to try and do this before Christmas rears its tinsel clad head?!

Definately. All welcome here (nr junction 8 m25, Reigate is 8 isn't it?). I would prefer Mon or Tues but open to negotiation. How about Tues 7th? Could arrange to pick up from station if anyone can't face driving. let me know what you think.

cas73 · 17/11/2004 13:14

Probably stupid question, but what's a meecelet?

beansprout · 17/11/2004 18:40

Would be a good day for me Geogteach. Anyone else...?

A meecelet is the offspring of a moose (or meece) which is the term that the October ladies adopted to refer to their pregnant selves! Ahem!

Thats still fine for me but realise i've chosen day when I only have baby, so if anyone else wants to change day or location (can't really go elsewhere wed, thurs, fri)feel free to suggest.

Bellie · 17/11/2004 20:05

I am up for it if near Junction 8 - however geoteach - can you CAT me your address so that I can get a taxi - final week of no driving from c-section!
Thanks

funnytype · 18/11/2004 11:48

I would prefer Wed or Thurs as I can come sans DS - but might be able to switch his day to Tuesday if everyone else is keen??? Happy to come to Reigate, or Croydon - could do trip to Pumpkin Patch at the same time!

Toots · 18/11/2004 17:33

7th in reigate sounds good to me.

geogteach · 18/11/2004 19:38

7th sounds popular, could change to Wed or Thurs Florence but I would have all 3 then. Let me know what you think.

Bellie · 19/11/2004 17:43

7th is fine with me

geogteach · 19/11/2004 21:16

Can you CAT me if you need adress, directions etc. For some reason people can CAT me but I can't CAT if that makes sense.

Bellie · 22/11/2004 14:00

Geogteach - no idea that we were so close! If I am feeling up to it and the weather is good may well attempt a walk to yours and taxi back!
What time are we all meeting?

geogteach · 23/11/2004 19:51

Bellie, try for 11 and do shared luch as that what we did last time, but i'm up for other suggestions.

Toots · 23/11/2004 19:57

Sounds good to me. Will CAT you soon Geogteach

cazzybabs · 24/11/2004 08:19

Where are you meeting?

beansprout · 24/11/2004 14:39

Have sent you a message via CAT Goeogteach. Shared lunch is a most excellent idea. Thanks loads for having us

OP posts:
Bellie · 25/11/2004 13:04

Sorry to be thick - have not done a meet up before - what is a shared lunch?

beansprout · 25/11/2004 17:36

Sorry Bellie - shared lunch is when we all just bring some stuff each, e.g. dips, crisps, bread, whatever... to save anyone cooking but also so we can all just pig out!!!

Geogteach - tried to CAT you but it didn't work. Could you CAT me? Are you near the station? May get the train if you are.

geogteach · 30/11/2004 14:40

bump

geogteach · 02/12/2004 10:22

Right, given directions to Toots, Bellie, Florence and Beansprout, anyone else joining us? Is anyone bringing siblings? Just so i've got a vague idea who to expect? Feel free to park in the drive behind me or block the drive, despite living in the leafy suburbs the school round the corner means there is not always room directly in front of the house!

Bellie · 02/12/2004 17:01

Geogteach - am planning to walk if fine - is there room to park the travel system somewhere?

Toots · 02/12/2004 20:15

DD1 will be safely tucked up in nursery, obsessing about Christmas with her chums, no doubt.

geogteach · 03/12/2004 21:56

Bellie i'll squeeze it in the garage, or the boot of the car if there is too much chaos there
