Hi I'm new to the site, 23 (had to think for a minute there) dd 13 months, lived in watford for about a year now originally from teesside looking to chat to other mums in the area (and hopefully find some new drinking buddies )

Hi velouria! It would be excellent if you can make the dates on tammybear's thread. There's quite a few of us around Watford (as south as Harrow, as east as Barnet and as north as Hemel Hempstead). Just hop on any of the threads that take your fancy!

Only just registered so not entirely sure how to use this site but I am new to Watford too. Used to live near Watford but been in London for last 8 years. I'm 34 and DD is 17 months, don't drive and work 3 days a week so finding it hard to meet other mums/find things to do with DD. Work Fridays so can't make December meet-up but would like to meet other mums in the area and find out if there is anywhere I can take DD apart from church hall toddler groups and Cassiobury park!

hi bigsy, welcome to mumsnet. you'll soon find your way around, just join in with threads that are of interest to you. pity you cant come for the december meetup but there is usually a meet up once a month, either during the day with the kids or in the evening without them for a meal. hope to see you around xxx
