Sorry I could not make it last Friday but as I told Zinger, my ds was still feeling a bit ill and had a ong nap at lunch time, which is very unusual for him.
Was the 2 o?clock club at Highbury Fields suitable for a meet-up? I have never been there, is it on every day? If it was good we could just meet there again next week or the week after or does anyone have any other suggestions for a meet-up?

I liked it - much more suitable than a cafe for DD. Happy to meet there next week (Thu/Fri best), or Tue the week after. Yes it's on Mon-Fri.

Is your DS feeling better now Simi?

keren143 · 25/10/2004 19:07

Yeah, it was great to meet you mums that came. The only thing was that the area was a bit small. If we get a lot more people next time it may get a bit crowded.
Thurs or Fri work for me
btw, I went with ds to baby massage this morning and it was fantastic. It's at the Killick st health centre off Caledonian road (the south end) and the best part is it's free. Will definitely go next week (1030) if anyone wants to join.
hope u all had a good weekend
Keren

I can't do next Friday but would be free on Thursday (4th November). Why don't we meet there again and then discuss other suitable locations (shall we say 3 o'clock again)?
My ds is much better Zinger, thanks for asking, I went to the doctor thinking it was only a bad cold and it turned out that he had tonsillitis, which was a bit worrying.
How old is your ds keren143? I used to go to a great baby massage class in Prebend Street which only takes babies up to 6 months and ds is a bit too active now anyway, just rolls around all the time

Zinger · 03/11/2004 21:52

Hi Simi et al, quite apart from the cough that I don't want to pass on I'm generally a bit of a poorly bunny at the mo and have to pop in to UCH for some blood tests tomorrow afternoon so very sadly I can't make it. Hope to see you all soon.

lh · 04/11/2004 08:15

i can make it if anybody is still going. I have already met aelita. Let me know if it is on, can be there by 3pm.

Great to meet up at Highbury Fields yesterday. That was the first time I have tried anything like it with the twins. I think they enjoyed it (Jess cried the whole way home - perhaps she didn't want to leave!). Hope to see some of you again.
Enjoy the fireworks,
Annie

aelita · 07/11/2004 22:17

Nice to meet you and yours as well, Annie! Your twins are very cute indeed. Hope to see you on other meetups soon

Simi · 09/11/2004 14:16

It was very nice to see/meet you all on Thursday, let's get together again soon!
