I've got an 11 week old (my first) and would love to meet other new mums in the area. Anyone for coffee?

Can you do next Tuesday?

Hi Keren

(I changed my username!) He's playing up big time in the afternoons at the moment (not feeding well out of the house and needing to sleep), so I think it's best for everyone if I avoid that for a while.

Do you fancy trying the music class in the mornings - it starts the November?

keren143 · 23/10/2004 11:19

thats fine, maybe then we can get some more people to come. My baby sleeps pretty late, but maybe if we are doing something he will stay up.

My babs sleeps late too (with me!) so it'll be a real challenge for me to make a 9.30, but I reckon it might be a fun class.

He only had a short nap this afternoon and was fine, so I may yet be able to make massage in the afternoons!

yeah, ds sleeps less and less everyday. He has finally zonked off. I actually found another baby massage group that is much closer to me, but ds really loves it and i wouldn't mind going to the Y next Tuesday if you are up for it. Otherwise, we can just meet for a coffee, maybe near shopping city, or wait till the music classes start...whatever you prefer

Why not try Jolly Babies? It's a community run drop in for under 2's (in separate rooms so the toddlers don't stamp on the babies) and you can drop in any time between 1=4 on Mondays. It's at Burghley Road Under 5's Centre at 23.5 Burghley road, just off Turnpike Lane. It's free and you get free tea and coffee! \link{http://www.jollybabies.co.uk
