Eltham/ Lewisham/ Greenwich new mums?

I have a 4 month old son and I'm just starting to look around at m&t groups/places to take him in the area- to stop me going mad over the winter!

I have been to baby rhyme time at Blackheath library which was great, anyone got any other places to suggest? Or want to meet up and try a church playgroup?
