anyone fancy another meet up? thought the museum on new walk might be a good place in case the weather isn't too good.

I don`t know a lot about Enland, but to a walk to a museum sounds wonderfull.

I'm up for that.I'll have to keep it a secret from DD1 though-she loves the dinosaurs there & will be very upset if she thinks she's missed out.

what time do you have to be back escapefrom? not sure how long it takes you to get back.

I have to pick up at 3.15, so will have to catch the 2.15 train back to my town.

Yes,I'll have to leave by 2.30pm ish at the very latest,to get back to the sticks to collect DD1.

are thursday's still good for everyone? we could always meet in the morning. There's a cafe at the museum if we want to get a coffee or a bite to eat.

im in leicester and recently given up work. have dd aged 21 months. Dont know where this museum is though!

bonkerz, it's a very short walk from the train station.

I love New Walk Museum. Be great to meet some new people and give my youngest (8 months) a chance to play peekaboo with the dinosaurs!

Word of warning: went there on Saturday to find the kids' play area (Discover Gallery) was closed due to maintenance work, and the cafe had been temporarily relocated (not sure where cos it was closed while there was a performance on). Hmph! Sorry to be a killjoy
