WM - that sounds great (could all share the costs of getting there too) but wouldn't you want to have a drink? Mind you I may not be able to (fingers crossed) but then I am not sure I would dare drive into Leeds .

Let's see when and where and take it from there shall we.

Hulababy · 02/10/2004 22:30

Although not guaranteed whether I can/can't come or not - but I hate Indian food; just so you know

If its not the centre of Leeds, I shall require VERY SPECIFIC directions

And several emergency mobile numbers for those "Where the "£%$^&*( am I?" calls

Hi everyone! Count me in too! If I can't make the adults only, I definitely want to come to the kids meet.

jamiesam · 04/10/2004 22:54

Toby carvery would be fine by me - think I may know the one you mean. Presume nobody is coming on bus/train and needing a central Leeds location?

iddy · 04/10/2004 22:58

Do you live close to leeds centre Jamiesam?

jamiesam · 04/10/2004 23:26

oops, not paying attention.
No, in Sheffield, but will stay over with my dad who lives in Bramley.

Oooh I'm interested. But I don't drive, so would need a central location. Sorry!

Can I come? It's a long way, but I want to meet some more mners, and there are none near here! I've tentatively negotiated a two-day pass from dh.

I would prefer 3rd, and can definitely do that. A Saturday would be much trickier for me.

Yorkigirl - yes I'm in Harrogate, so can easily get to Leeds on the train.

Well if Roisin wants to come can I come too?

I'm closer than she is, and I am Sheffield born.

Oh no , do you have to be Yorkshire-born to come?

I can claim both parents and all 4 grandparents Yorkshire-born, and I was brought up in Yorkshire! But not actually born there.
