I think we should probably re-vote the dates and revote the venues (which never had a vote anyway) on two separate threads. Leave the vote open for say a week or two. Tell people in advance when the vote will close. And then tally the vote and the highest votes determine date and place. And dates should probably be just 17 November and 01 December.
